Conduction, Convection, Radiation.
Conduction: Heat is directly transmitted to the object. For an example, when an iron rod is burnt from either side the heat get transferred to the other side.
Convection: heat transfer by mass motion of a fluid such as air or water when the heated fluid is caused to move away from the source of heat, carrying energy with it.
for example, when the air of surface become hot, it becomes less dense and rises in the atmosphere.
Ventilators in kitchens are an example of convection.
Although, ACs are also an example of convection.
Radiation: Radiation is free movement of air. for example heat transfer from a burning wood.
