The three main or major components of blood are :
* Red blood corpuscles(RBC) or erytrocytes.These makes the blood red in colour.
* White blood corpuscles (WBC) or leukocytes.Their function is protection.
* Blood platelets or thrombocytes. Their fumction is blood clotting.
