There are numerous ways of solving this problem and it has unlimited answers. Here, the method which I am going to use is to make the denominator of both the numbers same. Then, any three numbers between the two numbers can be choosen.

Step 1 : Find LCM of the dnominators - 5 and 3

LCM (5,3) = 15

Step 2 : Convert the denominator of both the numbers to 15

- 3/5 = -9/15

1/3 = 5/15

Step 3 : Write any three rational numbers between the numbers -9/15 and 5/15

For example, 1/15, 2/15 and 3/15.

Note : Rational number is of the form p/q where q is not equal to 0.

I hope this helps.
