pH scale of scale. a pH scale have value from 0 to 14 . if the pH scale is from 0 to 6.9 pH value . and if it is equal to 0 then it is neutral . neutral means it is not a acid nor base. and if the pH value is from 7.1 to 14 then it is a base. how much less the value is that much the base or acid is strong.
