Hey mate

Adaptation of leaf for photosynthesis Leaves have a large surface area so more light hits them.

The upper epidermis of the leaf is transparent and allow light to enter the leaf.

The palisad cells contains many chloroplasts which allows light to be converted into energy by the leaf.
