Answer:

hope it helps

Explanation:

Most regional parties currently in power in respective states are not performing up to expectation or we can say that they are able to survive or win because INC/BJP are not being able to get strong foot-hold in same. For north-east and southern states INC/BJP seems to be foreign concept and people still doesn’t accept.

Lets go state-wise for local parties and probable benefits for voting them:

1) Tamilnadu: Amma providing free or subsidized food/drinking water/Laptops etc to BPL class. She has been able to keep cost of living in Chennai to low despite it becoming an IT hub(As opposed to Karnataka government for Bangalore where local always complain about price hike due to IT industry.)

2) West Bengal: Similar to Amma, Mamta has been a face of lower class and though she was better with Railway ministry, as CM she introduced few schemes for girl-child welfare(education and marriage), reforms in health, education and tourism.

3)AndraPradesh: TDP chief is single-handedly responsible for Hyderabad(Now Telangana) becoming IT hub providing infrastructure jobs to local. In personal opinion as CM of any state he has done better than any other CM(even Modi for Gujarat).

4)Uttar Pradesh:SP and BSPs major or I would say only contribution is helping(I would question uplifting) Muslim and Dalit population in their region(be it for vote bank politics). They were able to assure them regarding safety at least if not development.
