Good Points :

The Government will be on toes and work extra, beyond working hours in offices.

The opposition witch-hunt will stop . The investigating agencies will work on genuine cases and not on political cases.

The foreign tours of Ministers will be reduced thereby increasing productivity.

Bad Points:

In the haste to rush the policies and legislation, there would be lesser debate and public opinion may be sidsidelined.

The executive have three years of tenures under Transfer Act. The second line of executive will work only for one year which will be inadequate to familiarise with the department working.
