1.fertilizers are easy to be transported
2.they get mixed with water very well and will be easy for using it.
3.they provide instant nutrition to plants which help to grow faster.
DISADVANTAGES
1.they provide the plant only with a specific nutrient.
2.they make soil less porus.
3.they do not add any humus to soil.
