Advantages :
1. It marked the beginning of the printing era
2. Lead to the shift from hand printing to mechanical printing
3.These printed books were beautifully designed in the borders . Each page contained a different design.
3. Spaces were left in the books made for the rich and they filled them with pictures of their choice in the painting school
Disadvantages

1. Could print only 250 pages per hour
2. Machineries were heavy and bulky
3. The circulation of its machine was limited
4. Needed too much of energy for operating
