What are the advantages and disadvantages of organic manure (coir) ?

advantages::;
-its natural..
-this increases the fertility of the soil.
-gives minerals,proteins etc..
-increases the mineral wealth in the land.
-gives the things necessary for photosynthesis.
-keeps soil healthy.
-natural,doesnt harm the soil.
-much better than chemical fertilizers.
-,-components of it.are easily available.
-prepared by using all the wastes.
-not so costly.cheaper in price.
-very better than chemicals..


disadvantages::
-takes much time for preparing.
-we have to collect all the wastes.
-time taking process.
-cant prepare in time/faster.
-organic manure is not easily available in shops etc......
