what are the advantages and disadvantages of sending Nepalese army as peace keeping force ?

Answer:

The only interaction I have had with the Nepalese army was in Liberia. I had a run in with the interim chairman's secret police. I reported them to the UN

And they sent an officer of the Nepalese military police. Nice chap but nothing seems to happen in these cases.
