a tube well is a deeper well from which water is lifted with the help of pumping set operated by an electric motor of a diesel engine
DEMERITS AND MERITS OF TUBE WELL ARE AS FOLLOW
1) a large area can be irrigated by tubewells
2) it can be used with the help of electricity
