*in a cooperative there are limited no of owners and they look after the Enterprise directly.
*In a joint stock company there are Large no of owners, so the company is not directly run by them. Instead a group of top executives or a board of directors look after the Enterprise
*So when making important decisions like selling a share or like that can be more easily taken in a cooperative because of only few no of owners. While in a JSC it is more complicated as large no of owners and all of them have to know about such decisions. so it's a bit more flexible to make such decisions in a cooperative as owners directly run the company.
