Answer:

To avoid voltage drop

When we connect any electric appliance in series there will be some voltage drop but when we connect all appliances in parallel and no voltage drop occurs. Hence to avoid voltage drop we connect all the electric appliances in parallel .

Electricity

ANSWER:-

A parallel circuit comprises branches so that the current divides and only part of it flows through any branch. The voltage, or potential difference, across each branch of a parallel circuit is the same, but the currents may vary

ADVANTAGES:

=>We can connect or disconnecta new electric appliance in the circuit without affecting the other components in the circuit.

=>We know that the voltage remains constant in the parallel connection. Therefore, each component in the circuit gets the same amount of voltage.
