Advantages of diffusion in chemistry in our daily life when we press room spray than after we find the smell of room spray in whole room it mean the molecule of room spray is mixup with air. so we can say diffusion is same as mixing.

it having an in life procedure ( transpiration , photosynthesis , lymph , osmosis , exchange of gases between capillaries and cells , moisture of the organs , movemnt in atmosphere , absorption , nutrition in unicelullar organisms etc. ) in day to day life . in this activity trends to move from higher concentration to lower concentration wheres as the rate of diffuse is GAS > LIQUID >SOLID . it depends upon what is the concentration of the substance .
