Advantages of obtaining the equations of motion by using calculus
Explanation:
- To get the equations for rectilinear motion with constant acceleration both the methods are equally satisfactory.
- But after we discuss variable acceleration motion then calculus becomes more important. Calculus is largely a mathematical approach and satisfies many questions correctly.
- However again and again for uniform accelerated motion we use graphical method to resolve the matter logically with less time and fewer calculation that's an honest way could also be practised for more and more questions.
- Another thing is for non-uniform accelerated motion where a graphical method isn't so important as calculus because calculus i.e. differentiation and integration
- Microscopical calculations which might be firmly employed in calculations having variable quantities in microunits just like the speed of a car varies always in microseconds and never remains the identical everywhere. Hence both the methods are important and useful at there respective places.
