The Telengana government launched "She Teams" for the following reasons:
Advantages:
1. To control eve teasing
2.To provide a safe and secure environment for women.
3.Provides moral support to women.
4.She team brings the culprits to central crime station and counsel them in presence of their family members.
5.She teams conducts awareness programs in railway stations, bus stands, busy market places to change the mindset of people with regard to eve teasing and also conducts self defence training classes for girls in their respective colleges .
