ADVANTAGES OF TRANSPIRATION :-

⃣COOLING EFFECT: Transpiration refuses temperature of the plant even when it is exposed to bright sunlight.

⃣DISTRIBUTION OF WATER: Transpiration helps in the distribution of water throughout the plant.

⃣TRANSLOCATION: it helps in the transportation of water and minerals through xylem after entering into the root hair.

⃣SUCTION FORCE: Transpiration developes a suction force which is heplfull in the ascent of Sap and absorption of water from the soil through the roots.

⃣OSMOSIS: Transpiration hell's in osmosis.

⃣EFFECT OF TRANSPIRATION ON CLIMATE: the amount of water lost during transpiration can be huge. An large oak tree can lose up to 600 dm^3 water vapour in a day and a single maize plant loses about 2 liters of water per day. Thus, transpiration increases increases the moisture in the atmosphere and brings rain thus affecting climate.
