The advantages of working in Organised sectore are the following :-

Fixed number of hours- In the organised sector, jobs are of fix shift and the workers are paid extra for overtimes. This advantage is not available in the unorganised sector.

Job security- Organised sector of the economy provide the job security and the employee is not fired at any time without prior notice. But the same is not the case with unorganised sector. Labours in unorganised environment are of temporary nature. The employee can fire them at their own wish.
