Aerobic respiration is a type of respiration which takes place in organisms in the presence of sufficient oxygen

Anaerobic respiration is a type of respiration which takes place in organisms in the absence of oxygen.

aerobic respiration in which oxygen is used to give 38 ATP,CO2 AND water

in anaerobic respiration, oxygen is not used but 2 ATP,lactic acid, carbon dioxide, and water is released as products.
