altitude means which have exactly 90° by bisecting the side of the triangle but median need not to be 90° it is bisect the side of the triangle

A median joins a vertex to the midpoint of the opposite side. The diagram shows all three medians which are concurrent at a point called the centroid. An altitude passes through a vertex and is at right-angles to the opposite side
