What are the arguments against the use of nuclear power plants

1) By product in the form of used radioactive cells to dangerous and needed to be properly disposed(currently they are put into a very thick lead and some other metal chamber and then dropped down to the bottom of sea surface).
2) Safety issues, since the plant is using radioactive material and any accident will lead to huge loss of life and property which can be due to human and non-human intervention like earthquakes, tsunami.
3) Cultural issues, despite complete assurance by governments that it is completely safe but due to past incidents like that of chernobyl, people are still reluctant to accept the nuclear power plants in their locality.
