Yeah we can say many things that can taken as aspects to measure human development like literacy rate , health .... etc. But the easiest way to measure human development is to see the society if there is any crimes ,yeah, u know crimes are mostly occured bcoz of lake of thinking or by those people who are illiterate . So if our society or the state or the country has high crime rate then we can say that our society or the state or the country is not welly developed or low human development.

Explanation: human development does not only count on science and many others , we also have to see our impact in our society
