What are the barriers failed when organism attacks our immune system.

Explain it for about 50 words???

We will loss our immune power. Nd we feel tired and our food what we eat daily that attached organisms will observe that food and we can't feel energetic. slowly slowly our body occupied by organisms . and they kill RBC and WBC which acts as a microscopic police man and also scavengers, first line defence....
this effects will get to our body and at last it leads to death. if we take good treatment.......
