The basic building blocks of DNA is sugar called as deoxy ribose and RNA is sugar known as ribose.

They are 4 bases of DNA AND RNA

1.    Adenine

2.    Guanine

3.    Cytosine

4.    Thymine

RNA contains ribose and phosphate backbone.

They both are made of nucleotides. DNA forms RNA and RNA make protein.
