what are the basic difference between prokaryotic and eukaryitic cell

eukaryotes have nucleus and membrane bound organelles but prokaryotes have not true nucles and not membrane bound organelles.

In eukaroytes respiration occur by mitochondria but In prokaryotes by cytoplasm.
