All those rights which are essential to let a person grow and be/live as a human being in real sense are referred collectively as human rights.

They have been evolved through the struggles, experiences of the vast humanity , codified by wise people and enshrined into constitution of major democratic countries to give them effect and implement in true spirit.

For example they have been inserted in Indian constitution as fundamental right and other directive, legal rights.

We have Our NHRC (National Human Rights Commission ) at Delhi and different state level Human rights commission to take sue motto cognizance of any human rights violation by any agency of state .

We have right to equality in every sense, Right to freedom , Right to life , Right to have our own belief , Right to protest against exploitation, Right to get remedies.and others equally important rights in our constitution.

Lately Right to Privacy has been added as fundamental rights .

These Human rights provide a cover to a human being against being unnecessary trolled/attacked by other outward agency/state.
