FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS:
• The Constitution of India grants some fundamental rights to preserve the human dignity and to overcome the inequalities in among the people.
• Fundamental Rights aim to abolish untouchability and other discriminations on the grounds of caste, creed, sex, religion, etc.
• The fundamental rights are incorporated in part - III of the Indian Constitution.
• These fundamental rights are mention in Articles 12 - 35.
• Fundamental rights are essential for the development of individual's personality.
There are six fundamental rights. They are:
