bachpan se hi hum sunte aa rahein hain ki hari sabjiyaan khani chahiye, kabhi socha hai kyon?kyonki hari sabjiyaan poshtik tatvon se bhari hoti hain .inmein vitamins ,minerals aur free radicals bahut adhik matra mein paye jate hain.jo kai bimariyon se bachaate hain jaise ki diabetes(madhumeh),motapa aur kai prakaar ke cancer bhi.inmein paye jane wale antioxidants aur paani ki maatra humare skin(twacha)ko lambe samay tak mulayam aur chamakdaarrakhti hai ,tatha balon (hairs)ko bhi khoobsurat aur ghana banati hai.hari sabjiyon ko roj khane se bahut sarafibre bhi milta hai jo paachan tantra ko majboot banata hai aur kabj aur iske dusprabhav se bhi humein door rakhta hai.
toh yadi ek swasth jeewan jeene ki kaamna mann mein ho toh hari sabjiyaan ek vardaan saabit ho sakti hain.
