What are the best career options for a (female) civil engineering graduate keeping in mind the sophistication of job?
In job there are generally two types of work.
1) field work
2) office Work
Generally field work is not suitable for female candidates because of following reason.
Site engineer has to deal with workers.,site may be at any location far from the home, You must be ready to work in any situation and weather.
Now if i talk about office work than it is more preferable for lady.And where you find most of tbe work related to structure designing.
Now this is my personal thought.
Most preferable job for lady civil engineer is of lecturer or professor.
Now for being professor or getting job of structure designing you should do mtech. It will definitely increase your probability to get in above field. And for doing mtech you should appear for gate exam.
