In this pathway, chemical elements move through living biological spheres or non-living/ abiotic spheres like atmosphere, hydrosphere or lithosphere in a cycle. These include carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, sulphur, oxygen, nutrient, water and rock cycles. The chemical reactions are replenished and flow of elements in these cycles is powered by the solar energy.
