Part C states incorporated both the ancient chief administrator's territories and several princely states, and all were administered by a chief commissioner delegated by the President of India. The ten states which belong to Part C is Coorg, Delhi, Manipur, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Cutch,  Ajmer, Bhopal, Bilaspur, and Madhyapradesh  Pradesh.

The official language of these states are as follows;

Manipur is Konkani

Delhi is Urdu and Hindi

Ajmer, Bhopal, Bilaspur,  Madhya Pradesh is Hindi
