Students drop out from universities for difderrent reasons. Financial problem is the major reason. Other reasons are family issues, religious issues (in places like india), etc.

The students dropping out from Universities or Colleges may have different personal reasons for doing so, a few reasons are listed below :
● Financial Problems : Not everyone is lucky enough to have the required financial status for completing higher education. Students who can't afford further studies tend to drop out of the Universities more commonly as compared to any other reasons of dropouts.
● Stress : The pressure of studies in higher education is definitely very high and not everyone can cope up with the stressful environment. The difficulty level of studies along with the stress and tension of doing something in career and getting selected in higher companies or government organisations for job increases the pressure on students.
● Family Issues : Many of the students entering the college already have the responsibility to take care of his or her family or siblings. Some students also have to pay for thei college expenses as well as to pay for their family expenses which sometimes can't be performed simultaneously.
