astigmatism :-

astigmatism is a defect of vision in which person become bulured hence cannot able to focus on both Verizon and vertical line.

this type of defect occur due to irregular shape of cornea or inperfect a spherical nature of eye lens .

this defect can be corrected by using cylindrical lens in particular direction

astigmatism is caused by irregular curvature of eye's cornea or lens.if cornea or lensisnt smooth evenly curved ,light rays aren't refracted properly . this is called refractive error .Astigmatism is one type of refractive error
