Thee might be many employees within a cooperative society who might not be happy with the overall funds and feel that they are very limited.

They might even feel that these societies rely a way too much on government aid and what government is up to.  

There are several points that they have to consider.

They might even feel that there is an ultimate lack of proper exposure to managerial skills and all the available funds ate getting misused.

This might create tensions in them.

The members might even opine differently and might lack confidence in themselves.
