The causes of the French revolution were as follows :-

1. The king was very young and had no knowledge of how to manage a empire and didn't pay attention to the needs of his citizens.

2. The king had increased the Debts of France to about 6 million livers due to war.

3. The royal family used to consume as much food in 1 days that could feed a poor person for weeks.

4. The treasures of France were empty due to carelessness of the king.

5. Due to the lack of money the king raised the taxes leading to increase in price of breadth a very high extend that led to bread riots.
