some of the reasons are heredity... then over cholestrol due to the junk foods and fast foods of todays generation... then no physical exercises to body.. mental depression.... etc...

♤ The main causes of heart attack are :-

1. High level of cholesterol.

2. Hereditary Factor.

3. Tobacco consumption.

4. High blood pressure .

5. Stress.

6. Inflammatory diseases of arteries .

7. Trauma.

8. Disease of heart attack.

♤ Symptoms of heart attack:-

1. Chest pain.

2. Pain on the shoulder.

3. Dizziness .

4. Shortness of breath.

5. Sweating.

6. Heartburn.

7. Nausea .

♤ The following first aid should be provided to the patient :-

1. Call ambulance immediately.

2. Make the person calm.

3. If the person is very tight cloths make it loose so that he /she is able to breath .

4. If no pulse is detected, he/she will be helped in respiration by pumping the chest and by blowing through his/her mouth. 15 pumps should be followed by 2 artificial respiration.
