Heya!

Hypermetropia is cause by the eyeball being too short, which prevents incoming light from focusing directly on the retina. It may also be caused by an abnormal shape of the cornea or lens.

Causes -
1. The curvature of the surface of the eye lens to be decreased due to its focal length increase.
2. The distance between eye lens nd retina to be decreased i.e diameter of eye ball decreased
