Explanation:

The population of the country or the population of world is not equally distributed in all its parts. This reality also suit for India. few parts of the india are densely crowded, few parts have medium crowded and few parts are sparse.

As we have said before, the local distribution of India's  is not uniform. There are so many type of regional variations. Let us see what are the couse that make up this differentiated. All those factors which affect the density and distribution of the people can be divided into two group. These are

(a) socio-economic factors

( b) physical factors .

(A) Physical factors - They play an very important role in effecting the density and distribution of population. Physical factors include soil,climate,texture or shape, lands, etc.

(B)  socio-economic factors :- Economic factors and physical factors equally distribute a social population in different ways.
