What are the challanges faced by political party???

1) Lack of internal Democracy- This is a challange faced my all political parties as many people dont know about the functioning of the party there are no registers for the parties.
2) Dynastic succesion- In this many people who are the small workers of party dont get a chance to get raised. And the big political leaders choose their representatives for the elections.
3) Money and muscle power- Parties often hier local criminals for getting more and more votes.
