.
The various challenges faced during storing data in the cloud are-
Multi-tenancy
- It makes it easier for a hacker to steal the data customers who share the same cloud database.

2. Data loss/Data leakage - While storing the data in the cloud, threat of data leakage increases when employees use their mobile phones in order to access and share various corporate documents via cloud storage services.

3. Insecure APIs  - Most Cloud service providers do not pay attention to the security of their APIs which  can pose risks to an enterprise data regarding  privacy and data integrity.

4. Encryption - Most government regulations actually require data encryption.  Although encryption is widely used, it is often  implemented in a very poor manner. Several companies depend on the cloud provider for encrypting data which means that the company actually have control of the key & can access the data anytime and anywhere they want.

*Data breach that lessens the trust of customers

*No control over actions carried out by end users
