Organizational Behavior is a very dynamic topic. Which makes it very important for the manager to continuously analyzing and adapting to the changes. As we talk about behavior here, we need to understand that an individual's behavior is affected by various other concepts, which may include, Perception, Learning, attitude, Reference Groups, etc. We talk about an individual's behavior here, because, they are the group of individuals who form up an organization.
The challenges for the manager in using the OB Concept, is its ever changing Characteristics. He have to understand the needs and desires of the employees and other co-workers. To understand that, he can use the Malsow's Hierarchy Theory. And to ensure that his subordinates achieve their desired goal correspondingly with the organization's goal, is the greatest challenge for any manager.
