there are many challenges of political party which are followings:

1) lack of internal democracy: in many political party the main leaders or the head of the party are allowed to make major decisions or to discuss the major problems

2) dynastic succession : in many party only the members of the family of the main party leader is allowed to represent or take part in election .

3) money and muscle power : the only aim of the political party is to win election. they often use dirty tricks to win election. they often supress the local people and make them live in terror .

4)no meaningful choice to the people: many political parties threat people or voters to vote only their party so they can win.
