The full effects of the pandemic are yet to be measured, but change is already here. Some trends such as digital learning and work from home will speed up. Some habits will be snapped: you won’t be casually jet-setting between continents. Here are some things that may change in the future.Covid had a large impact on me as well as for everyone else. International lockdown and the effective suspension of civic and commercial activity across entire countries has thrust up a mirror on how our economic, social and political systems operate and forced the beginnings of a global conversation on how they may need to change. Covid-19 has revealed the shaky foundations on which much of what we take for granted in the developed world is built, from the intricately interwoven nature of globalised supply chains and manufacturing infrastructure to the just-in-time deliveries to supermarkets, as well as stark contrasts between nationalised healthcare systems and those financed by private insurance.
Many people lost their lives after this covid hit and the cure is still being tested. We can't complain about covid as many people did not survive it and they should complain more than us.
We have to now live in a world filled with danger till we find a cure. Still people are not following the measures. Honestly all l can say is that l am scared and l hope we find a cure as soon as possible.
