What are the characteristic of the hormones?

✪They are protiens,amino acids, globulins and steroids(cholesterol).

✪They are released directly into the blood stream.

✪They act on the target organs and cells only.

✪They bring about coordination among distant parts of the body..

✪They are mostly responsible for a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, except for Oxytocin( gives +ve feedback)
