Sandy soil- It is very much aertetated and lacks moisture. It is unsuitable for the plants growth.
Loamy soil- It is suitable for plant growth as it is well aertetated and holds water for plants.
Clayey soil-It holds very much moisture as a result it is not much suitable for plant growth.

<b>Here is the answer to your question!!

SANDY SOIL:

* Soil particles are bigger in size.

* The large spaces between them are filled with air.

* Soil cannot retain water as water can drain out quickly through the spaces between the cell particle.

CLAYEY SOIL:

* It has higher proportion of fine and smooth soil particles.

* There is very little space between the soil particles.

* It cannot return air.

LOAMY SOIL:

* Mixture of sand silt and clay particles.

* It can hold both air and water.

* Best soil for growing most of the crops.

Hope it helped!!
