Hi buddy ,❣️

Here is your answer,❣️▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Chemical Properties of compounds are:.

★ Chemical compound is formed by chemical combination of two or more elements in a fixed ratio by mass..

★ The physical and the chemical properties of compounds are totally different from those of the combining elements..

★ Formation of the compound is accompanied by absorption or evolution of heat, gas, light or electricity etc..

Answer:

The chemical properties of compounds can be of a lot of variety. E.g. A chemical reaction, acidity, basicity, Combustibiliy, etcetera.

Basically, these properties can only be observed when a chemical change takes place, which defines us the nature how one chemical compound reacts or interacts with an another element or a compound to carry on a chemical change or a chemical reaction

E.g. Sodium Sulphate reacts with Barium Chloride to give Sodium Chloride and Barium Sulphate. This reaction can be represented as:

Na₂SO₄(aq)+BaCl₂(aq)→2NaCl(aq)+BaSO₄(ppt)

E.g. Water splits into Hydrogen and Oxygen gas when treated with electricity.

i.e., 2H₂O(l)→(electricity)→2H₂(g)+O₂(g)

E.g. The reaction of Photosynthesis is given by:

6CO₂+6H₂O→(sunlight/chlorophyll)→C₆H₁₂O₆+6O₂
