Plants absorb all the coloursin the spectrum. The plants reflect back the green light because of which they appear green in colour. Therefore, photosynthesis will not be affected if green light is blocked.

As plants absorb red and blue colours, maximum photosynthesis occurs in red and blue lights and plants reflect back the green light. So plants appear to be green in colour and there will not be any affect in photosynthesis if green light is blocked.
