4. Misinterpret the assumptions.
5. Technical words may not be understand by the workers.

Psychological on emotional barriers :
Such barriers relate to emotions, anger or depression hinders the effectiveness of the communication.
For example : Poor retention of the receiver, lack of trust between the parties to communication, emotion attitude and feelings of people leads to distortion in the message.

(a) Clarify the ideas before communication :
The sender of the communication must clear in his mind what he wishes to communicate. If he is clear then he can make his subordinates clear through communication.
(b) Communicate according to the needs of receiver :
The level of communication vary from level to level and superior to subordinates. The sender must understand IQ level, educational level and understanding level of the recipient of the messages.
(c) Consult others before communicating :
Before the messages are flashed , it would always be better to consult others if some messages are to be delivered at large scale participation and involvement of subordinates may help to gain ready and acceptance and willing cooperation of subordinates.
(d) Languages, tones and content of messages :
The contents tones, languages etc. are important in a message to be communicated. The language should be as per the level of the communicatee and the contents must not hurt the sentiments of anyone.
