For this you need first to factor them into prime factors.

Then you take all factors of the first and put them in a new list.

Then look at the next number whether all his factors are present in the list you are creating.

Repeat this for all your numbers.

The lcm is the product of all factors in the list you created.

So:

8=2*2*2

4=2*2

7=7

5=5

Your list should look like:

2*2*2*7*5

The factors of 4 are all already present in the list after you added all factors of 8.

7 and 5 are primes themselves so they must therefore be present in the list.

Their lcm is therefore 280.
